How do I access or find the sessions for today?

I cannot access today's sessions even though they should be available.

I am not getting the email notifications for the daily sessions.

How long are the sessions available for?

When I try to access a session, I get directed to a "Session not available" page. Why is that?

Do I have to watch the sessions at a certain time?

I cannot view all the speaker sessions due to work or my personal life. Will there be replays available to watch?

I bought the Premium Pass, but have not received a confirmation email with information about how to access my purchase. Is there a delay?

I accidentally clicked the “Add to Cart” button on the order form multiple times and was charged for multiple orders. May I have the extra orders refunded?

I entered my username and password for my members' area account and could not log in. What can I do?

Help! I can’t get the videos to play or they are skipping/playing slowly…
